1 .The Prices enlisted are F.O.R destination subject to the minimum order value of Rs.50000/- Order less than Rs.50000/- will attract actual packing,forwarding and freight charges as extra charges.

2. G.S.T. what so ever applicable at the time of billing and supply will be charged extra.

3. Mode of Supply will be the fastest available(either by road or by Air),depending upon the perish-ability of the material.

4. All supplies shall be made through us or our Authorised distributor of the respective territory.

5. Our responsibility ceases,once goods are dispatched from our works place.

6. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

7. This ‘Price List’ is valid till 31 march 2025 or till the new Price list is released.

8. The company may introduce supplementary Price-List during the period of the financial year 2024-25 for other Products or similar products from different Principlals which shall also be valid for the current financial year Rate Contracts.

9. All disputes are subject to Vadodara Jurisdiction only.
